Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping times vary based on location and typically range from three to seven business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot make changes after an order has been placed. Returns & Refunds

At Buttface, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@buttface.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the product in its original condition (if requested).
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected due to being opened or used, we will notify you, and the item will not be returned to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin processing them immediately.

Final Sale Items

Certain promotions or limited-edition products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Order Issues & Cancellations

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within five days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We are unable to process cancellations after an order has been placed, as we begin fulfillment immediately. If you have an issue with your order, reach out to us as soon as possible.

Payments & Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other major payment methods through our secure checkout system. Transactions are processed in USD. If you experience any billing issues, please contact us.
