Most body care products are generic moisturizers or body washes that don’t target specific skin concerns like acne, blemishes, and firmness. Buttface is the first facial-grade skincare brand for your butt, using high-performance ingredients to smooth, protect, and firm—because your butt deserves better than cheap body lotion.
Can I use Buttface products on other parts of my body?
Absolutely! While designed for your butt, our products are safe and effective for thighs, hips, lower back, or anywhere that needs extra care.
Will Buttface help with butt acne and blemishes?
Yes! Our products are formulated to gently exfoliate, unclog pores, and reduce breakouts while keeping your skin hydrated and balanced. If you struggle with butt acne (aka buttne), our Scrub and Mask combo will be your best friend.
Are Buttface products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formulas are dermatologist-tested and fragrance free. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a patch test before full application.
How often should I use Buttface products?
The Resurfacer – 2-3 times a week for gentle exfoliation.
The Butt Mask – Use weekly or as needed for hydration and barrier support.
The BBL Firming Cream – Daily for the best firming and smoothing results.
Do Buttface products actually firm the skin?
Yes! Our BBL Firming Cream is powered by next-generation firming ingredients that visibly improve skin elasticity and texture over time. While it won’t replace a gym session, it will help tighten, smooth, and hydrate for a firmer look and feel.
Are Buttface products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free—we never test on animals.
Will The Protocol make my butt greasy or sticky?
Nope! Our products are lightweight, fast-absorbing, and non-greasy, so you’ll feel soft, smooth, and refreshed—never sticky.
10. Where do you ship, and how long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Orders over $75 ship free, and standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We stand by our products, but if you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
